      Stay away - it's not worth the time

      Employees are nice/friendly - not much else to say

      Cons

      Infrastructure/Systems are woefully inadequate Too much manual work and duplication of effort No transparency - Lack of communication Little to no training No work/life balance although they talk about it all the time Managers give you a "meets expectations" performance review, give you a bonus and then let you go a week later.

      Great Balance

      Pros

      Work flexibility with remote options and occasional travel as well. Lots of varying experience levels and balance between consulting work and freight/passenger rail service.

      Cons

      Inability to see defined career advancement opportunities. Likely present, but not frequently broadcasted.

      I absolutely love working at RailPros! The leadership team genuinely cares about their employees, and it's evident in the way they prioritize our well-being and professional growth.       I genuinely enjoy working at RailPros and appreciate many aspects of the company, one minor drawback is the limited opportunities for remote work for a few of our key roles. As the nature of our work often requires on-site presence, flexibility in remote work arrangements could be beneficial for work-life balance and productivity. The overall positive aspects of RailPros far outweigh this minor con, and I continue to value my experience and growth within the company.
