      RailPros is on the forefront of the cutting edge when it comes to the growth of the Railroad industry. The company culture is one that any employee would love to be apart of. From the top down leadership wants to hear your voice whether it is positive or negative. They are all about learning and wanting to create a encompassing environment.

      none at this time, the company is growing at a good pace that allows for their teams to be able to keep up with the demand. Always keep putting your employees first

      Cons

      Design workload not always sufficient. Marketing/BD not adequate Leadership relatively inexperienced. One dimensional co. Rail is all they do. High turnover of senior staff

      Great place to work!

      Pros

      The management, from the top down, is committed to the people in the organization and make sure the employees have the resources they need to succeed. This isn't a company where you don't see the CEO or the VPs. They are as hands-on as middle management.

      Cons

      The insurance isn't great, but not terrible either. There is an HSA plan that RailPros contributes to which help keep the out-of-pocket cost lower.
