      Pros

      This company is a great place to grow and is what you make of it!! Having a flexible structure allows a person to truly develop where you want to go! Managers are great at rewarding those who are doing well. I continue to stay and develop my career here because they are truly investing into me. Great coworkers, great location, flexible schedule, good benefits, and supporting my growth professionally - what more can you ask for!!! If you see something that should change, the owner and managers are open to supporting your ideas and even putting up the costs for it!

      Honestly there's maybe super small stuff but compared to the big things that matter it's trivial! What matters is

      No Leadership

      Pros

      Good location close to the Irvine Spectrum. Great co-workers. Kitchen is stocked with foods and snacks on a weekly basis

      Cons

      Managers have no training and most of them sit in their offices without interacting with their employees. Due to the lack of management and owners that are MIA, there is no structure or guidance in the company.
