Salary and benefits are fairly good.

Cons

Very disorganized and not much room for growth. Employees will work against each other to screw up a project so that they have continued job security, which puts budgets in the red all the time. Lots of secret layoffs and bailouts from corporate to keep operations afloat.

Cons

No respect for the little people.You can work for years and be out a job in a day.If your not in the click you won't last!!Then you could be away from home months at a time.
