Pros

Working from home, but only to a point because they schedule you random days each week.

Cons

I don't have the time or energy to list all of the negatives. I saw so many people leave this job during my time here. If I wrote all of the things I was dissatisfied with during my time here it would take me at least an hour or two. The company and CEO is are extremely dishonest and push false advertising and scummy sales practices - I honestly felt like a scamming used car salesman during the majority of my time here. You are micromanaged to a T, and the overall work environment is extremely stressful. They set unrealistic goals and use fear to pressure you to perform better. Your sales and commissions will be taken away without you knowing. Top sellers get away with anything, while lower employees are punished for just doing their jobs the way they are taught. You are paid extremely low commissions - like only a .03% starting commission. Extremely disorganized company.

Thank you for your feedback. While we’re disappointed to hear this was your impression, we feel it’s important to clarify several points to ensure an accurate and balanced understanding of our company and culture. Firstly, regarding turnover — like any high-performance sales environment, we experience natural attrition, especially where expectations aren’t met. However, the majority of our sales team consistently achieve their goals, which are clear, realistic, and communicated from the outset. To help achieve this, every new hire is enrolled in a structured 120-day development program designed to give them the best possible foundation. This includes hands-on support, skill-building, and access to managers and trainers who provide live call coaching through a method we call Training Through Observation. Our goal is to coach and develop. Those that embrace this are always the most successful. Our company culture is built on high support and high performance. Performance plans are not punitive — they’re designed to help individuals improve and align with expectations. We also do not take away sales or commissions arbitrarily. All compensation is clearly tracked and transparent, and our commission structure is highly rewarding for those who perform at the expected level. As with all sales positions earning opportunities will differ based on performance levels but the potential to earn is the same for all, regardless of tenure. We take strong exception to the allegation of dishonest or misleading sales practices. Our sales approach is centered entirely on the customer’s needs and preferences. We strive to build travel experiences that are both meaningful and personalized, and integrity is at the core of how we operate. Finally, we work to foster an inclusive environment where all employees are given equal support and opportunities, and we actively encourage collaboration, regularly utilizing our top performers in training sessions to help develop and uplift newer hires. We acknowledge that not every role is the right fit for every individual. However, we remain proud of the supportive, transparent, and customer-focused culture we’ve built, and we appreciate the many talented team members who continue to thrive here. We take your comments seriously and are committed to continuously improving our processes. If you're open to it, we would love to discuss your experience further. Please feel free to contact me or anyone in our HR department at 949-876-6747 or at hr@railbookers.com. Thank you! Ja' Net McGhee

Pros

The culture creates an environment where you feel valued and empowered to succeed. Working in a fully remote environment requires diligence, commitment, and being intentional with your time. Self-accountability is key, and the company provides the trust and support to manage responsibilities effectively and supports employee success. If you believe in work excellence, the opportunities here are endless. One thing I’ve learned is that when you focus on the positive opportunities and experiences, the reward is always greater in the end. The company’s focus on acknowledging hard work and providing meaningful rewards makes it clear that they genuinely care about their employees' well-being and success.

Cons

No cons to add here.
