Fam Trip!

Pros

I got to go to Switzerland for a Familiarisation Trip to help sell our products. This trip was out of this world. I got to not only experience one of our worlds most beautiful countries but also got to spend a week with colleague from our other offices that I hadn't met before. Can't believe how lucky I am to say I have been to Switzerland!

Cons

More interaction with Colleagues from our other Offices

Pros

Many opportunities for growth within the company and that is promoted by management. I have worked here six months and have already had the opportunity to increase my responsibility in this company. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Anytime I have any questions I feel supported by my team and they always can give me the correct answer. Fam trips! Since we work in the travel industry we get to experience the trips that we sell first hand. Every year we get to go on at least one fam trip and it is also a great way to meet the people in one of the four offices that we have! Respect for each other. At Railbookers everyone is respectful in the office of one another.

Cons

At this time I have no cons.

Pros

Stimulating work environment with a lot of room to voice creative new ideas and methods. The management here is quick to listen and are not afraid to experiment with better technologies to make the job easier. Solving a difficult problem is very rewarding and the management is good about praising where praise is due and correcting small problems before they become constant issues. Very good communication between teams as well.

Cons

If you don't take criticism well it would be a tough environment, nothing is really sugar coated. If only one person is not pulling their weight the entire team can feel it.
