Collaborative and welcoming team culture, with colleagues always open to sharing knowledge and supporting each other. Clear and positive communication across the company, creating a pleasant day-to-day work atmosphere. Fully remote setup that allows for a better work–life balance and eliminates commuting. Possibility to work remotely from abroad (for limited periods), which adds extra flexibility.

Cons

I haven’t encountered any significant downsides so far.
