Pros

If you go above and beyond for Railserve, Railserve will do the same for you if or when the opportunity presents itself. Be proffesional, be a mature adult, do the little things and in due time reap the benefits. Not going to happen over night. But it will happen.

Cons

Some locations pay substantially more than others. Wages are based off of current contracts with the customer to my knowledge.
