The best part is the bond that you form with the crew you work on pay is alright but could be a little higher for the type of work and the workload employees are put under
Cons
your days off are sometimes non existent. You are almost expected to be on call. management doesn't seem to communicate with one another, will give conflicting instructions then precede to chew you out for not completing 1 task after everything else had been completed
