Pros
Benefits (Medical, Dental and Vision, 401k, Quarterly Bonuses).
Cons
Workplace Intimidation Discrimination Lower than normal pay compared to the rest of the industry No real certified industry training Poor Scheduling; Work all holidays Many promises of a future career that'll never happen, internal growth is poor and lower/senior management have no accountability. You will be verbally harassed, chastised and accosted if you stand up for yourself, Do you want time off? Don't even think about asking, You want a vacation or a holiday off? You should just quit it's much easier than requesting it. Any and all concerns about crew safety will be denoted and played down to save face on poorly trained management. Site Leaders are usually the main reason for turnover as they gain a god complex once they receive their position. You will no doubt run into their infamous work place politics and favoritism, but if you are lucky it'll be after your probation. This companies mission statement is a complete paradox to the actual narrative. If you have a family and marriage "Stay Away From This Place!, If you truly love them", Also do not work here if you are a minority it's not for you. If you're a veteran, just re-enlist it's a better choice. Last but not least, make sure you are watching your pay, I mean you won't make much anyway but some of Site Leaders have been known to work you for OT but then remove your straight time to compensate their end of the year budget. Whatever they don't spend they keep, So remember to check your PAY!! I'm sure I've left out a lot but I truly hope this saves someone's future and it doesn't get wasted working here.
