Pros

Challenging work with medium to large clients. Very fun culture to work with. Management is very caring and thoughtful. Employees are great to work with.

Cons

Some projects are managed poorly with incredibly tight deadlines which causes burnout. Some projects shouldn't be taken on just for the money.
