      Pros

      Flexibility on hours, and can gain hours quickly. If you don't mind putting up with drama and need money and a flexible schedule then it may work out for you.

      Cons

      Managent calls off so much its ridiculous. No security so expect to be written up for a high shrink during inventory. No benefits, Hours cut frequently

      Awful company to work for. Limited and expensive benefits. No time off for the first entire year. Management is sub par.

      You get paid. Great for inexperienced young people.

      Cons

      Unorganized from top to bottom, long hours and threats to work over without pay, high turnover, less than competitive pay, poor working conditions, inventory every six months, no cameras or security so you can’t control shrink so staff is rotated out often. Run down old systems. I could keep going honestly.
