No where to go

Pros

Rainbow is not a company that pays much attention to their employees. No raises, terrible benefits. It's all about them making money and putting nothing out. Every season the merchandise gets worse and worse. The company as a whole wastes so much money and time on pointless tasks it's laughable.

Cons

No room for advancement. Poor benefits. Too much red tape. It's like the merchandise, poor quality but looks pretty. You will not be appreciated.

Pros

flexible schedule, easy to put in requests to have off, direct contact with regional and district managers, easy to transfer from one store to another.

Cons

little room to grow, old phones and printer/copy machine, low wage, return policy sucks and causes a lot of confrontation between cashier and customer.
