Best place to work

Pros

Associate discount is great, no uniform. Prices are great employees are always happy. You can basically wear what you want (no blue denim)

Cons

Policy is a bit unreasonable. Some stores are a bit small to hold all the shipment. Still have to hand key 90% of sales prices.

Pros

Co workers / managers, fun environment , the dress code is business casual which is nice because you can dress up every day.

Cons

You will be lucky to work 15 a week depending on the store / manager. The pay is terrible for what they require you to do

Not a bad place to work, but difficult to move up

Pros

- stability - health benefits - relatively laid back office environment

Cons

- HQ is located in a sketchy area almost in the middle of nowhere - The work tends to get really repetitive and after a certain point, you don't really learn much that would help you move up in the company - It really depends on who you wind up working with, but sometimes you'll be the punching bag for someone's bad mood
