Employee discounts. Didn't really dealt with a lot of angry customers even though it's a big store

Cons

Long demanding stressful hours even if you go part time, rude staff, no way to get the time you need off, favoritism, mandatory holidays

You have to do in one day the work of the week is unreal poor comunication never satisfied nobody knows priorities all day changing instructions .
