Worst company to work for!

Pros

Can be a side job but not full time and might meet some cool people along the way. You get a 30% discount and 10% on clearance and promotion items.

Cons

This company is known to fire an entire staff over poor inventory results. They conduct these inventory counting every 3 months. HR is horrible. There are NO RAISES ever, I worked here for 3 years and didn't receive one. The only time the pay will increases is if the minimum wage rate goes up. (Because they will more than likely start you at minimum wage)The promotion within is almost never practiced. If you want a promotion, you have to invest years or have network skills.
