Great coworkers but big corporate culture without the pay to match

Pros

Passion led creative team, everyone is great to work with and genuinely care about the work, remote global team

Cons

They definitely expect a lot out of you for not amazing pay. Even though it's remote they are quite rigid about certain rules and expectations and definitely expect you to be available 9-5 without much leniency. It's also quite corporate, they're not very open to risk taking or challenging narratives.

Pros

Genuinely mission-driven, and the work actually lands somewhere real. You're trusted to own your portfolio from day one, which stretches you well beyond your job description and makes you grow fast. Complex work, solid systems, and enough autonomy to actually learn from it. Managers are approachable and colleagues back you up when you need it.

Cons

With teams in different places and a lot of systems in play, processes can move slower than you'd like, and information isn't always where you'd expect it. Nothing that really gets in the way, it just takes a bit of patience while you learn where things live.

Great Global Company with a Flexible Remote Culture

Pros

A truly global company with colleagues from many different countries and cultures. The work environment is collaborative, and there isn't a strong hierarchy based on titles—people are approachable regardless of whether they are managers or senior leaders. The fully remote working model offers great flexibility and helps maintain a good work-life balance. There are opportunities to work on international projects, learn from experienced teammates, and develop both professionally and personally.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive compared to the market. Benefits can be extended
