I think the only pro I can think of was my coworkers

- Ignored my availability and scheduled me until 1 AM on school nights - Managers sit in the back and watch the cameras at all times, they fired a girl for accepting a piece of toast that was given to her by the guy making the toast - Very strict about breaks - NO free food whatsoever, if you get free food they’ll fire you - The only time you can sit is your break - Do not care about your well-being, to managers you are just an employee - Shove the “company culture” down your throat while making your job miserable. The “culture” basically means “work hard and get no compensation for it” - I made 180 per paycheck despite working 30 hours a week, I calculated what my paycheck should be (with taxes) and it was still far below what it should have been. They use a system which does not break down your paycheck or show how many hours you work so they can easily rob you

It’s an easy job, fast past, gets paid well, have every holiday off, you have chances to get raises.

Cons

Drama especially at night, men get treated better than women even tho we run the store,

- Nice co-workers -Great opportunity to be more outgoing -Helps with dealing with social anxiety -Decent pay

Cons

- Management blowing off employee concerns - Unprofessional General Manager - NOT very LGBTQ+ friendly (learned that the hard way)
