Pros

Easy job to do. Simple menu.

Cons

Immature management staff. May cut your hours without telling you, expecting you to watch your schedule to be taken off shifts.

Pros

When you need help, you can ask for it. There's no "gotcha" moments, no one is out to get you and we all understand we are one team. You have the space to make mistakes with no judgement as you grow.

Cons

All different departments can get "clicky" sometimes. With lots of tenure it can be difficult to connect on a deeper level with other departments as a new member of the Crew. Also, Ops moves so fast sometimes, "checking the box" in getting something done, is sometimes only half done. Its a super fast paced environment - which I love - but quality of life boundaries have to be present in order to prevent burn out.

Pros

A few good management A few good crew members Flexible hours

Cons

A lot of young crew will stand around and talk instead of work while the older crew run around trying to get everything done. Favoritism is big in the stores. If you are a bigger size person good luck getting new work shirts. While everyone else is getting new shirts. You might get one in 4 months. I have watched people with disabilities not get promoted but expected them to train people when there was certified trainers around.
