      The position is easy and straightforward, and management is amazing (at least in my team, however great in all teams I have gotten close to as well) Pay is great The benefits are okay but could definitely be better, however, it is not a large company

      Cons

      Not enough company meetings so everyone can be on the same page and up to date with changes Training is lacking tremendously... I understand you will not be 100% for the position right after training but it is very basic. In my opinion, there are a lot of older people in positions that require them to be tech-savvy, fast and forward-thinking which results in them not performing their best Overall the cons are not enough for me to be dissatisfied with the company as a whole
