      flexible working hours, can have visibility with senior management, decent work life balance,

      Cons

      will conveniently use other companies policies as examples only when it benefits them ie return to office policy. Did not follow other companies when they laid off employees. One of the cheapest severance packages offered in the market. When an issue is brought to management, there are multiple meetings about it with no solution.
