Pros

Nice office Mother company has a brand power.

Cons

The company is very disorganized. Internal information is everywhere on 3-4 different internal systems mostly outdated. So you will waste so much of your time digging into the information, asking peers for the right/latest information. We have feedback on this to the upper management when they organized this session to hear our feedback on the direction. Guess it was just to fill up time and follow the protocol for them for the sake of having the session, as no feedback came back on any of the requests that we have made which is very disappointing for a leadership level. Talking about workload is high. I see my colleagues working overtime all the time. The company accommodates whatever the client request as there is no USP in the company. The only USP they can offer to the client is to say yes to everything they ask, without thinking of the employee's welfare. The management seems like they do not care about what to push back or not, as the operating level employee will have to take all the burden. Remember, the company works like an agency. It is an Ad network(which how they would like to brand themselves rather than just saying it is an agency), which is just a middleman between publisher and merchants that you will have to receive pressure from both sides and not be able to make any decisions. I heard the churn rate of employees used to be very high, but getting better. But I think it is still high compared to other companies. However, they seem like they do not want to make any changes to this. Managers are based on your luck, but based on the managers I have gone through they are very micro-managing. They will check the time you are online or not. They are just a middle man who forwards emails and ask you to fill up sheets and numbers. If any of my friends ask if I can refer them to the company, I say no, because I do not want them to go through this. So please, think twice and go through the reviews carefully before you make a decision to join.
