      - great culture, work-life balance and co-workers/work environment - ability to learn and grow professionally - fun team offsites/outings - 360 feedbacks

      - business directions could be clearer - addition of the rakuten brand/culture hasn't been so great

      Pros

      The phone screen was short and to the point, and the main interview while long covered things that were entirely relevant to the position, which in the field of devops may not always happen. A lot of places still do not know how to properly interview for devops type positions because there is so much flexibility

      Cons

      Not many, although it would have been nice to be given a more concrete date as to when they'd get back to the applicant.
