      Good company culture, everyone is friendly and supportive Focus is on keeping employees happy with perks and treadmills in the breakroom Good work life balance

      Cons

      Company is very top heavy, large salaries for too many people when maybe 2/3 the people working hard would do the trick Reporting structure is a mess, it's no longer flat and there are layers upon layers of people you report to Internal strife between teams
