      Pros

      If you're looking for stability and a company that has room for growth, this could be a great company to work for depending how well your get along with your manager.

      Cons

      Due to the size of this company, my role was very niche and felt monotonous over time. I had two different managers during my time here, my experience changed for the worse with my new manager, Because departments are broken down into small teams, this plays a large role in what your experience will be like.

      Great benefits. Amazing vintage archive.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. People are constantly getting let go so everyone's working in fear. Very "us vs. them" mentality when it comes to management vs. worker bees that are constantly staying overtime.
