Pros

- It is a prestigious name to have on resume - Good discounts

Cons

- Due to its large corporation structure, talent, merit and competence are often not valued. Internal politics dominate employee promotion, salary raises and treatment. - A lot of senior managers are more worried about their positions' / careers' security. Therefore they keep quite about harassment or other unprofessional behaviors. - Depending on department, employees are expected to do a lot of unpaid overtime without prior notice - Human Resources department is not proactive. A lot of serious issues get disregarded. There is also a lot of traffic in and out of the department. Many of HR people are new and are not knowledgeable on serious problems that may have been going on for a long time. - HR doesn't follow the confidentiality policy with employee feedback/ consultations. I witnessed first hand senior level managers sharing this type of info in groups.

Pros

The medical plan is expensivebut overall they offered a competitive benefits package.

Cons

Black women are disproportionately concentrated in lower wage administrative positions. This is particularly true for Black female employees who are not racially ambiguous. They experience social and professional isolation and are gaslit if they raise concerns to the business leaders. There are multiple women who have been bullied and ostracized by their counterparts and eventually pushed out. The behavior contridicts the ideals of the founder. BIPOC women are paid less but hold the most expectations without any seniority in areas outside of p&d. Take a tour of any of their offices, fashion shows or luxury stores and you will see something consistently missing from their diverse leadership. There is a systemic problem with wage theft

Pros

Good company name for your resume, good for networking with other people because nobody stays for long. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

Long hours, rude people, was expected to stay as late as possible 5 days a week, outdated offices, borderline abusive management. Company re-orged and became even worse.
