Unprofessional in handling employment and laying off

- unreliable in their communication during employment - communication is not trustworthy - Hired with false promise and wrong commitments - Duding lay-off in an year, did not pay me my RSUs for first year, though I completed one year at company. - They forced exit, just one day before RSU vesting date, I completed an year in company 2 weeks back. - Due to high costs of contract work forces, they used unethical way of luring full-time workers from good companies with false promises of job-role and pay-package with RSUs. - Job role was of temporary worker, discrete random tasks, not any ownership of responsibility. - Kept getting work done till very last day and communicated of job termination just a day before RSU vesting date for first year. Thus, did not even pay my dues.
