      Pros

      There are some good people and the new building was nice. CEO seemed to know what the problems were.

      Cons

      A long history of shady financial and legal practices has handcuffed the company. Being on 'legal hold' impacts EVERY decision. Very strong old boy network at the VP and above level. Most are very poor managers that would never have the same title at any other company so they aren't going anywhere. Rather than do performance management on these poor leaders they spend money on "executive coaches and advisors" but a tiger doesn't change it's stripes.

      Communication within the company could always be better as with most companies moving fast to stay on top of the industries they are working to dominate.
