      Cons

      Pros

      Ramp is the perfect mixture of industry leading product, insanely smart/driven peers, and the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and build/solve problems that both excite you and drive the business forward. The work is extremely rewarding and the customer base is passionate about what we deliver for them. As a part of the GTM org, you have the flexibility to try new things and help continually refine our best practices, regardless of your role or tenure.

      Cons

      This isn't the type of org where you can "mail it in". The success we have historically, and continue to achieve, is directly tied to the hard work everyone contributes on a daily basis. That's not for everyone, which is totally fine. Expect to work hard and embrace a growth mindset if you join Ramp. You'll be rewarded by a masterclass in your skillset and the opportunity to put your career into hyperdrive.
