The culture is absolutely amazing! All the people there are always willing to help you in any way you need. Leadership is very generous and understanding of difficult situations. This is by far the most inclusive group of people I have ever worked with. Everyone is compassionate, caring, inclusive and good humored.

Cons

The interview process is quite long and rigorous. This is completely worth it since, once you get hired, you only work with the best and brightest.
