Hard work + good people + a great mission ...and yes, some quirks.
Pros
It's a great place that is very much driven by the vision of the sole owner and founder, Dave. He is aggressive about everything from being on time to throwing insane Christmas parties. His work ethic and expectations for greatness around him is inspiring, exhausting and creates great results. It's not easy to get hired, so those that do are generally really solid people. And, personally, he really does care for the well being of his team down to helping them in any number of ways with personal issues.
Cons
Simply: it's not easy. You can't read his books or listen to 5 minutes of his program and expect that he's handing out hugs all day. He's driven, tough and fair. You will work hard. You will get tired. He greatly values commitment and rewards those who have been with him the longest. That's hard for young, talented, hungry new-hires to handle. He is slow to let someone incompetent go, which is frustrating but wise.
