      Pros

      The people I got to work with at Ramsey were top notch. I saw firsthand the way people were treated with respect and dignity. They were consistently encouraged, coached, and appreciated. There is a huge emphasis put on creating a cohesive team even across nearly a thousand people.

      Cons

      One of their biggest pros in my opinion might be a con to you if you're not aligned. They're very mission oriented and actually live out their core values. If you share their core values, that's fantastic. If you don't, you'll struggle.

      It's a great place to work if you want to work at the same place for a long time.

      Cons

      Zero WFH options. Also very specific work culture and vision, so it would not be a great place to work if you don't align with all the Ramsey financial values.
