Senior leadership is completely removed from the day to day and makes decisions without any input from the people who do the job. Half of the board doesn't seem to know what their doing, and most of them rarely if ever actually communicate with the team outside of staff meeting. Morale sucks in some departments. Senior leaders act one way with Dave and another way with their departments. A lot of people that have been here 5-10 years have left in the last year. The company is growing in spite of the bad management but not near at the pace it was a few years ago because so many people are leaving that the hiring can barely keep up. The more the place grows, the more it seems incapable of mantaining a healthy workplace environment. If the right people don't like you, even if it's for silly reasons, good luck getting promoted or recognized. Some of the processes are very old-school and made sense in the 1990s but not now. Telecommuting isn't an option, ever, even on snow or ice days. You'll have to take PTO. Also, if you're not a conservative Christian you're not going to like it here.

This company does not care about you. You are a number and nothing more. With more and more companies moving to permanent work from home and even four day work weeks, why wouldn’t this company even try to match that? I sat at a computer nine hours a day and could’ve just as easily and more pleasantly done that at home where I have my pets and physical comfort. This is the worst sales job I’ve had and I’ve been in this industry 20+ years. It’s embarrassing to have this company on my resume. Ramsey’s principles preach to the middle to upper class only. If you literally come from nothing, according to Ramsey, you’re already failing. Spending $5 a day at Starbucks isn’t the issue. The issue is inflation, limited housing and for some, unavoidable medical debt. My daughter was severely ill for four years. Like many people, my family acquired debt from medical services and treatment. It happens. But according to Ramsey, any debt and you are a failure. This company is emotionally abusive and the boss wears a facade. Avoid this company. It’s not worth it.
