      In the world of sales, it’s hard to find a place that builds you up. Ramsey was an incredible place to work

      Base pay was a but low. Lack of flexibility in time off or consideration of hybrid work

      Pros

      Nice people overall. They try to maintain a healthy culture. Great for "joiners"--people who loved summer camp or youth group--and for extroverts--they reward people who talk a lot and have a lot of social energy.

      Cons

      On-site only and their HQ is in one of the most expensive counties in the country. 8 to 5 schedule. That extra hour really pushes people over the edge. Lots of people are just killing time to get through the day. No flexibility on schedule or remote/hybrid. Too many meetings. Bureaucratic decision-making process.

      Thanks for your review. We do have flexible work hours. A lot of the company works 7am-4pm even. We let the Team Members chose their work hours.
