      Franklin is a gorgeous place

      Cons

      You should absolutely blindly 100% be in agreement with the principals taught here and not really have a mind of your own. If you can think through the things being taught and see inside the org you’ll quickly become aware that the majority of it is absolute basic advice that’s outdated for our current economic situation.

      We agree that Franklin is a gorgeous place. :) Our good money principles, of living on less than you make, budgeting, and delayed gratification have helped millions of people become wealthy and enjoy the freedom that comes from good money habits.       Competitive pay (in some departments) Smart marketing team - depth of learnings

      Cons

      Ties religion to company which represents Christianity in a poor light to those who know of the company. Lack of trust and respect for some employees. Lack of autonomy and individual voice/opinion. Limited PTO.

      This is a confusing review. Paid Media reports up to our female CMO and most of our senior leadership team in the discipline you said you worked are female.
