The culture is amazing. I actually look forward to coming into work today. My colleagues are top-tier people, leadership wants the best for their employees, and the pay/benefits are fairly scaled at industry average.

Cons

Although I don't mind working exclusively in the office, an optional hybrid schedule would be nice too.
