      A lot of support from peers and leadership A lot of team-building events Pay is commensurate with your output

      May need to live one hour way due to cost of living Slow to change; need a lot of social capital.

      Pros

      Loads of fun and engaging things to do with your teammates! Mission driven Christian company. Exposure to amazing leaders and life changing development tools. Great place to work if you’re single, newly married with no kids or have older/grown children.

      Cons

      Came across a lot of poor “leaders” that I could tell were feeling the pressure from their business unit bosses. That led to a lot of uneccesary micro management and lack of flexibility. Challenging place to work if you have young kids due to this. Also, the pay in my department in particular was WAY below average for an AE type role.
