      Good company with nice and meaningful projects Good job security Exposure to real project work 5 working days only (no weekend work) Some managers are supportive and helpful

      Cons

      10 hours working day is painful and exhausting Workplace environment is sometimes badly affected by Hindu–Muslim politics from senior persons specially in first floor. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour from admin something they will abuse you also.

      Pros

      Small company atmosphere. Top leadership changed in US for the better about 5 years ago. Leadership acts with integrity, takes care of employees, and focuses on 100% client success. Company has a great reputation in the utility GIS industry. Great opportunity for individual growth.

      Cons

      This company is not for everyone. It is a small company with decent benefits. The entire group works hard, and the work is very satisfying and rewarding. However, there is no room to hide if you aren't a hard worker.
