-> Worst Career growth in this company among all the companies working over this domain. ->No recognition at all until become slave of your superior and lose yourself self-respect just for promotion. ->Bad attitude towards the junior(Seniors always keep mocking the juniors even if it is due to a silly mistake.) -> Politics is all around. WORST SALARY HIKE(Even if you do proper hardwork and keep postponing yourleaves for future,still the person with less experience will be recognised more than yourself just because of slave mentality. ->Approve your leaves if you are lucky enough. Also they won't approve your leaves without mocking you once even if there is no fault from your side. ...and LOT MOREE to say .
