      The company is great for newcomers, especially fresh graduates. They offer training and often hire directly from college campuses, giving many young professionals a chance to begin their careers.

      Cons

      The company often hires freshers at lower salaries with a 2-year bond, which makes it hard for employees to leave for better opportunities. The pay raises are minimal and unsatisfactory, making it difficult to negotiate fair compensation elsewhere. After being with the company for a year, you might find that your salary is nearly the same as a new employee's, which can be disheartening.
