No Growth : Give useless reason to deny appraisal to employee No work life balance: Six days working and management can any time ask you to work on weekends without any comp off . Micro Management : Managers are useless and does not have knowledge but to do micro management asking for updated every minutes without providing any SLA. Bossy Management : Work done by Juniors are show cased like done by management. Junior does not have any visibility before client for the good work done . Junior are called when some burning issue are there for beating [then the work is done by juniors] HR Management : HR is department here to trouble on the orders from the higher management . Company has experienced people who are not willing to learn and just doing management .[Mostly higher management people are getting their friends and family member to higher position and not giving chance to people who deserve the position] Tech Stack : You will get the people working on the outdated technologies.
