      Good for freshers only but less salary

      Cons

      No career growth...less pc available for employees....system processor also not good ..... If you are an outsider(Not from the south)then better not to apply or join this company( Even if in the whole year due to some reason if you take leave for 10 days, they will not pay you / give salary for that particular month.)

      1) You will learn a lot. 2) You can implement your ideas also. 3) You will learn how to work in pressure.

      1) No Management 2) No Proper polices 3) Lots of work load on single person 4) you have to manage multiple projects in same time 5) Salary is very less
