      Pros

      Great mentoring program. A lot of freedom to choose your path to get the desires results. Pay is more than fair, in an industry constantly feeling downward pressure on price points. A very well versed international team.

      Cons

      None to date although I would like to help in the BD area.

      Pros

      Ramtech is very employee friendly organization which always takes care of employees necessities and lands help when required. Top Management and Project Manager are also very cooperative and treat the employees like family. Birthdays and festival celebrations, annual parties are organized with utmost participation. Work culture of the organization is unmatched. Many of the senior employees (20+ Nos) have been working in Ramtech for more than 15 years. In-house facilities are of top-notch level. Security and safety of the employees is companies one of the major concern. Wish all the best to the future of the organization.
