Hybrid work model, good people at the company.

Cons

Company is extremely cheap on spending, constant pot lucks as “rewards and fun activities” lots of spreadsheets and even if you are hitting your numbers - nothing is ever good enough. Commission was recently reduced in the last year. Targets only go up and they constantly talk about the bad economy. Benefits are okay.
