- Big platform, great for expanding network - Comprehensive training for newbies into the industry, but not the best for experienced hires - Incredible office space

Cons

- Sweatshop culture - Extremely high turnover rate (3 leavers per week) - Slow to react to fast-changing market, stick sticking with the same business model - Impossible for middle and senior management levels to promote - The lowest salary in the industry
