      Pros

      Great coworkers, and "okay" entry level pay. Front desk lady, always has a smile on her face, and says good morning to every single person.

      Cons

      All they care about is making quota (numbers), will throw you anywhere unprepared, don't get the proper training, so they leave you in a bad situation to fire you. The computers are super slow, and it will take them for every to come and "fix it" for you.

      Lots of resources and support from the corporate team

      Cons

      The top leadership turned an awesome company into one of numbers AND cliques. I stress the AND...you might have amazing numbers but if you're not in the clique you're on the outside looking in (and not liking what you see).

      Pros

      pros include free coffee and not much else. The view at 1 Penn plaza isn't so bad either.

      Cons

      this is literally a call center. that is it. Management is an incompetent disaster, even if you do bring business in (which is rare) you'll watch it dissolve before your eyes as no one seems to know how to actually fill a job.
