Pros

Training is adequate. Managers are quick to respond to questions and offer help for problem solving. There is transparency within the branches....there's a clear picture of how each branch stacks up...which also allows you to see that there seems to be a different set of expectations for some.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations of staff concerning day to day business. There seems to be a "my way or the highway" attitude, which in business is sometimes necessary; this organization seems to completely restrict any individuality. If you need a position that maps and plans each thirty minutes of your day, then this is the company for you.

Pros

I loved the people I worked with, my teammates were great. Everyone is in it together, because the commission structure is mostly team based, and you really need to depend on each other to keep up with the day to day demands. But more so this company does do a good job of hiring people with good attitudes.....you have to be positive in order to survive here. Real solid pay for the industry, I was making about $52-$54k base plus commission. Definitely amazing experience that you will be able to sell to any future employer....I put the demands of this job up there with any other job I've ever heard of. You do more in one day as a Staffing Consultant than I've ever seen in another position.

Cons

Extremely demanding job as I touched on above. The pay is great but it should be even higher for what you have to put in. If you want to be successful and close business you will be staying late putting in long hours......it's just how it is. Full Desk model meaning you recruit, manage orders, and handle all the sales both inside and outside. Extremely difficult to manage all of it. Worst of all the hold you to some tough numbers and depending on your boss they will hammer the numbers down your throat which can kill morale. I'm thrilled to have had the experience there which I can take anywhere, and I enjoy recruiting, but for me personally it was too much and I'd rather be working for a different staffing company.
