      Pros

      Training is adequate. Managers are quick to respond to questions and offer help for problem solving. There is transparency within the branches....there's a clear picture of how each branch stacks up...which also allows you to see that there seems to be a different set of expectations for some.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations of staff concerning day to day business. There seems to be a "my way or the highway" attitude, which in business is sometimes necessary; this organization seems to completely restrict any individuality. If you need a position that maps and plans each thirty minutes of your day, then this is the company for you.

      Randstad is a company that truly cares about it's internal people and it's clients. We create an environment where both the candidates and companies we partner with, know that we care. As a full time employee of Randstad, there are many opportunities for advancement and growth depending on the career path you are taking. We are a sales based organization and spend a lot of time training and developing people to advance their skills. If you are looking for an exciting place to work where you can make a difference, Randstad is the place for you.
