Pros

They have merged with Spherion, a company I worked for and admired. They send you tests with tutorials and offer competitive wages.

Cons

some temp companies take time to send you to the client because they wait days or sometimes weeks before hearing back from the client. Randstad is much better in this area.

Training, marketing, brand and career opportunities. Global brand with a strong connections to many other countries to make it easier to transfer candidates cross borders and also learn lessons of of other divisions

Cons

Perception of the randstad brand. In New Zealand each office has it's own culture and buzz which is a good thing. Change can be a little harder with a myriad of stakeholders
