      Pros

      Co-workers were great and once you learn how to do the job, it's an easy days work with good starting pay.

      Cons

      Every employee is required to hit a certain number of points each week. Points were given for interviews, references and other small things. The point system was terrible because even if you were filling jobs for your clients, but didn't get enough interviews for the week, the upper management would be upset with you. Randstad's whole company is based on filling jobs, not how many people you can interview. Also, the database software was running on IE7, which caused long waiting times, and had terrible layout structure. This also caused applicants to only be able to fill out paper work if they had IE, which no one does anymore.

      None for what so ever time i spent.

      Cons

      Very bad pay masters in the market, while interviewing they will show a rosy picture about the role then later the actual role turns out to be completely different. The middle management is pathetic, i guess Randstad HR team should take a lot of effort in training the managers on people management as most of the managers doesn't have this skill. Incentive policy is very bad, its not paid on time. I have spoiled my time joining this company as no learning was received from Randstad as well as from my immediate manager. People staying in the company from long years need to upskill there knowledge alot as they still believe in orthodox policies.

      Pros

      Very smart, talented co-workers. Great marketing support. Randstad hires the best of the best. Unfortunately they burn them out very quickly.

      Cons

      The most grueling, unappreciative culture I've ever worked in. You can never do enough here - and you will be expected to work evenings and weekends trying to meet the unrealistic expectations. Highest turnover in the industry for full-time employees - and management doesn't care.
